2. Service Description

We provide a digital broadcasting streaming service (IPTV) granting access to live television channels and Video on Demand (VOD) content. The service is activated via login credentials sent securely after a plan is purchased.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription plans are offered for periods of 3, 12, or 24 Monthss as a strict one-time payment.
• All prices are displayed in local or specified currency (e.g., EUR/USD).
• We do not enforce automatic renewals. You are fully in control of when to renew your plan.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways with 256-bit encryption.
• Service is automatically activated within 1 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation.

4. Permitted Use

Our IPTV service is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Redistributing, restreaming, or sharing your login credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Attempting to use a single connection on more devices simultaneously than your plan allows.
• Utilizing the service for commercial public viewing without prior written consent.
• Engaging in any activity that circumvents our server security or anti-piracy measures.

5. Service Availability

We leverage advanced load-balanced infrastructure to guarantee 99.9% uptime. However, there may be brief technical interruptions due to scheduled server maintenance or upstream provider issues. In the rare event of prolonged downtime, we will automatically credit additional days to your subscription.

6. Technical Requirements

A stable broadband connection is required to utilize our service without buffering. We highly recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for HD streaming and 50+ Mbps for uncompressed 4K content. We are not liable for performance degradation caused by local ISP throttling or poor WiFi signal.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an announcement on our official website.
