1. General Refund Policy

At our Premium IPTV service, we offer a 7-daagse geld-terug-garantie. If you experience critical technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we will review and process your refund request on an individual basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

2. Cases Eligible for a Refund

• The IPTV service experiences severe, unresolvable technical failures that are not fixed within 48 hours of notification.
• Your account was never activated despite confirmed payment, and our team failed to resolve it within 24 hours.
• Verifiable double charges or incorrect billing amounts.

3. Cases NOT Eligible for a Refund

• You have actively utilized the service for more than 48 hours after activation without reporting any issues.
• Streaming problems caused by your own internet connection (e.g., insufficient bandwidth for 4K streaming).
• Incompatibility with unsupported third-party applications or legacy devices (please check compatibility before purchasing).
• A simple change of mind after the service has been provisioned and utilized.
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., attempting to share a single-connection account across multiple households).
